Brighton is not my favourite place to go, I don’t have good memories there; however, the one place I always loved no matter what was going on was by the old pier.
The beach is mostly a windswept pebble pit, but like anywhere, there are always ways to find interesting perspectives.

Parking is hard to come by near the city, but it’s easy enough to walk to the beach from the train station: just go straight down Queens Road in front of the station, and keep going straight till you reach the sea.
