Further north in the Yorkshire Dales we paid a visit to Hardraw force, England`s largest single drop (reputed 100-foot) waterfall. Set within the grounds of the historic Green Dragon Inn, entry is through the Heritage Centre. The walk is short with easy paths, still easily worth the £2.50 entrance fee.
