The Four Falls Trail is a circular trail through woodlands. The trail is waymarked in red and the paths are generally wide, and easy to follow. There are optional routes off the main trail down to view each waterfall. These paths are narrow, unsurfaced and slippery in places, with many steps. They can be particularly rough and rocky next to the waterfalls.
To get here: The official Four Falls Trail (5.5 miles, 9 kilometres) sets off from Gwaun Hepste car park (51°48’00.0″N 3°32’42.4″W). You can also join it from the car park at Cwm Porth (51°48’01.2″N 3°33’19.0″W a pay and display car park with a staffed information point and toilets, also marked as ‘four waterfalls carpark’ on google). There is also a route to Sgŵd-yr-Eira waterfall from Dinas Rock car park (51°45’34.5″N 3°34’42.1″W). However, the closest parking is at Comin Y Rhos layby (51°47’00.1″N 3°34’08.3″W); just get there early as it’s small.
You can find the official map for the four falls trail here. Below is a general map of the falls and car parks.
