England, Nottinghamshire: Clumber Park

Clumber Park covers over 3,800 acres of land, including woods, open heath and rolling farmland. It also contains the longest double avenue of lime trees in Europe.

We spent a rainy morning wandering Clumber Park’s woodlands, but didn’t see even a small amount of the vast expanse. I will definitely return here in better weather.

We also spent a night in the Clumber Park Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite. I have nothing much to say about this place, it’s overpriced and nothing special.
