This is one walk that I can’t provide an accurate map for – we did so much crossing the river and scrambling up and down gorge walls, all at points I can’t locate or recommend, that it would be impossible for me even to attempt to retrace my path. It was, however, a lovely day for us! It is a beautiful walk even if you don’t make it to the biggest waterfall, there are many other cascades along the river that runs red with iron ore, and the autumnal woodland and bracken only increased the feel of walking in an umber red world.

To get here, park at (53°29’41.6″N 1°49’44.0″W) and take the path down by the river which eventually leads into woodland.. the rest is up to you! (The map is only vaguely representative after this point.)
