Situated at an elevation of 189 m above sea level, Årbogen is a popular lake spot for outdoor activities such as swimming and fishing, serving as a recreational area for the local community.

We were staying with friends not far, so this was the local walking spot for an evening stroll.

Also lovely to see was the forest nursery nearby.. something common in Norway that I wish were available to my own kids growing up.
