Spirit Horse is a spiritual retreat centre in Wales offering meditation retreats, Enlightenment Intensives, ceremonial gatherings and small festivals in wild nature.

I had the opportunity to attend Wild Tribe, a festival held on the grounds of Spirit Horse. While I didn’t agree with some of the beliefs of the festival organisers, there were too many beautiful things about the festival for that to dampen the experience.

The land: wow, what an honour to be held in such a space! Swimming in creeks and under waterfalls, wandering through fields and trees, watching and listening to the creatures; complete bliss.

The community: the hard work of the souls who built this place is evident in the beauty of the structures, the endless lifts up and down to parking, the late nights. The organisation of the festival, the workshops, the music, the wholesome food shared by all (and included in the festival ticket price).
